All spas are made of lucite spa material, and are currently available in Sterling Silver or Storm Cloud color options.

The jets are CPM large jets: 15 GPM and small jets: 10 GPM

Round spas: 340 gallons

Square spas: 370 gallons

• 12 jet spa- recommended 1- 1 1/2 hp 2-speed or variable speed (pentair whisperflo or vsf)
• 25 jet spa- recommended 2- 1 1/2 hp 2-speed or variable speed (pentair whisperflo or vsf)
• Heater should be 250 or greater due to pipe sizing and flow reduction in heat exchanger.
• Spa lines should never be plumbed through salt chlorine generators or chlorine feeders, this will reduce the flow and cause back pressure.

For best spa performance, it is recommended filtration equipment be no more than 50’ from the spa. All plumbing liners should be ran independently in 2” rigid or flex pvc to the filter pad. (do not “tee” the lines together underground)

• 12 jet spas are pre-plumbed with a 2” line for suction and a 2” line for return. These lines should be connected to a 1 ½ hp pump for best spa performance. When using the spillway spa, water is removed from the pool and returned to the spa for the spa to overflow into the pool. A check valve should be installed on the spa return line to prevent equalization when the system is in operational.
• 25 jet spas are pre-plumbed with 2 suction lines and 2 return lines. The spa suction line and spa return line should be plumbed to the main pool filter pump, while using the booster lines should be plumbed to a separate 1 ½ hp pump for best spa action. When using the spillway spa, water is removed from the pool and returned to the spa for the spa to overflow into the pool. A check valve should be installed on the spa return line to prevent equalization when the system is in operational.

If you are winterizing a spa, please remove all jets and suction faceplates, blow and plug all lines, and refill the spa to normal operating levels to avoid frost or ground water lifting the spa out of the ground.

The Luxury Spa must be installed by placing footwell (bottom of the spa) on a solid surface such as concrete or block that is free of debris that may dent or crack the footwell. Never use the lip of the spa to support the unit – the weight of the water will cause the spa to flex slightly which could result in cracking if the spa is not supported correctly.
