Fox Pool is proud to partner with 5 preferred liner manufacturers to help you and your customers ensure the highest-quality liners are being installed in their Fox pool. This Preferred Partner Program applies to:
- NEW pool builds: We are recommending 5 partner manufacturers (listed below) based on their vinyl liner quality, trusted reputation in the industry, and cooperation to partner and work with Fox Pool products and service.
- Replacement and Warranty Liners: If Customers have an original Fox Pool manufactured liner still under warranty, Fox Pool will honor their warranty and reimburse their credit if they choose a liner replacement from one of our preferred partners listed below. Fox Pool will NOT honor the warranty/credit if a liner is purchased elsewhere.

Fox Pool Liners Warranty Claim Procedure

- Report the seam failure to Cardinal Liners via Liners@CardinalSystemsInc.com and provide the following information:

- Liner serial number (found on warranty card or back of liner)

- Photos of the seam failure

- Proof of purchase

- If the claim can be validated with photos:

- Fox Pool will provide a Preferred Vendors list to order a replacement liner

- Reimbursement or credit will be issued as per the warranty proration schedule

- A return authorization will be issued to return the defective area for inspection
